Navimania has been a grown community since 2003 about users who are interested in GPS gasgets, smart phones and everything related to GPS software and maps. The community needed to move to a stable forum software and provide all possible features to its members.

Developers Jargon:This was not an easy task to do. The forum was based originally on a phpbb platform , which is an open source forum,to VBuleetin forum but there not so many features that Navimania Tema wanted. The biggest problem was to convert all the database to UTF8 and map correctly all posts and forums to the new schema. Although there is a plugin to do that, a lot of auditing had to be done to achieve the least possible mismapings. The forum was enhansed by other features such as a custom front page and more features were added such articles vbadvanced.com
