Have you ever thought that Skype or a relevant service would be available from your mobile? Of course you have because this is not new. All WiFi enabled phones are able to connect with skype (should they have compatible OS) and make calls over the Internet with no charge, that is of course if the other person uses the same software.  Anyhow my good Friend Giannis ( e-Novator ), send me over this link , and he was excited about it, cause both of us are using the same Nokia phone N80 (mine is internet edition, which is cool), so basically we can talk whenever just by using Truephone and whenever there is a wifi available.

So what can you do? You can download the software or SMS the word ‘Tru’ to +44 7624 000 000 and the rest is all easy, according to your phone of course.
There is wide list of phones supported and there are over 40 countries that you can call and send SMS as well. The coolest thing is that you can call on landlines as well and other numbers that do not use VoIP and get charged for prices that are very comparable to Skype.

The phone is based on Asterisk and SIP so you can make calls , but i haven’t tried that yet. I’m not sure that the voice quality will be as good as you think, but at least will be on your mobile, and thats the cool thing!. I ‘ll give it a thorough try and post an update on this new service. ….
