Newagephotos is a project that utilizes Web 2.0 techniques and is targeted for professional photographers that do reportage and news for magazines and newspapers and need to share their photos with their agencies. This is a custom made project and has a huge implementation on the back end, for managing and distributing professional photos from many photographers and their secure location to different servers for later distribution and selling services. This is an ongoing project and it aims to go along the lines of iStockPhoto, but with a different business approach, as it is not based on social networking and sharing, rather than selling from professionals to professionals .

Developers Jargon : 4 tier application based on PHP and MySQL, with an object oriented approach to handling all connections to different servers as well as a prototype for pooling and queeing all generated photos produced from uploading all photos. Image Magik was used to generate from thumbnails to large sizes of photos for later distribution
